1. Select the client contract where the change order will be added

  2. Click Add change order

  3. Fill in the details about the change order

    1. Fill in the name of the change order

    2. Select the line-item where this change order will tie to in the budget

    3. Provide unit, quantity, and price

  4. Click Add change order

  5. Now the change order is added to the client contract
    1. The new change order is now part of the client contract
    2. The total ordered cost of the purchase order has been increased by the amount of change order total
